Independent employee survey and analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada
We are proud to announce that The AIL Group of Companies, of which AIL Sound Walls is a member, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from our employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.
“I’ve spent my career working for The AIL Group, so I know how great it is,” says Dale Gaston, President of AIL Sound Walls. “Now we have the independent proof that candidates considering joining our teams can rely on.”
Tara Ross, The AIL Group’s HR Director, adds: “Great Place to Work® recognizes Canada’s Best Workplaces and provides the benchmarks, framework and expertise needed to create, sustain and recognize outstanding workplace cultures.”
The Great Place to Work® anonymous survey reported that 74% of employees say that The AIL Group is a great place to work, compared to 60% of employees at a typical Canadian organization.
Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work® Canada, says: “A great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues.”
