Gate Express Carwash operates 21 premium, free-standing express tunnel car washes throughout Northeast Florida. For sound mitigation solutions at their Jacksonville and St. Augustine locations, the Gate Express team selected a Tuf-Barrier (Reflective) system from AIL Sound Walls.
At Jacksonville, our 150′ run of 10′ high noise barrier wall helped protect nearby residents from unwanted sound from the blower/dryers, industrial vacuums and vehicles. The sound wall was configured in an L-shape near the exit door, which is always the noisier end of an automated car wash.
Our second project for Gate Express Carwash was in St. Augustine, but photos were unavailable at time of publication. We worked directly with the owner on both projects.
